My friends call me Chuck...

My name is Charles Eck, but my friends call me Chuck. I am a Cinematographer, Photographer, Videographer, Musician, Audio Engineer and Creative Specialist.

Welcome to my official website, which, if we are being honest, I will likely consider a work in progress for the rest of my life. This site aims to encapsulate moments and “projects” in my life that were captured and conveyed through a creative medium. I try not to consider these moments projects, because I genuinely do not consider them work. I think of them as a labor of love.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and attended California State University Dominguez Hills to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media Arts. While attending school 20 years ago, I got a job at the Campus Television Department where I learned to film, edit and dive into scoring to picture. Since then, I've worked for Technicolor, Yahoo Music!, Marshall Electronics, FX, History Channel and Sony Playstation in San Diego, where I currently reside. My passion for music, film, photography and enjoying life is what drives my skillset to this very day!
